Founded in 1943 by the late Habib MELLOULI, L'EPI D'OR is the first Tunisian factory to acquire automatic pasta production lines. Perfect example of a family business, it has extensive experience enhanced by an exceptional capacity of innovation, The company L’EPI D’OR decided to use its know-how to set up a flour/semolina-mill that meets the needs of the local market and at the same time supply the factory of pasta and couscous so that L’EPI D’OR can insure permanently the control of the quality of the finished product. Its ISO 9001 (V2015), ISO 22000 (V5), Halal, and FDA certificates demonstrate L’EPI D’OR relevant quality approach. L’EPI D'OR, offers a rich and varied choice to its customers : About 60 forma of pasta, couscous as well as couscous rich in fiber, in addition to a variety of special pastas recently enhanced by a range of artisanal pastas.
