Fude + Serrahn Milchprodukte GmbH & Co. KG is a manufacturer of a wide range of dairy products for the application in the food industry as well as meant for direct consumption. 10 production facilities belong to our group of companies. Our product portfolio (for export purposes) consist of UHT-MILK, MILK POWDER (SMP/FCMP/BMP) , BUTTER, lactic/sweet cream, (10g-25 kg) and various kind of CHEESES. Products that do not belong to our own product portfolio can be offered by our trading department. Our modern production facilities are IFS certified. With more than 1.500 employee we achieve a turnover of ~2 billion Euro and due to the quantity of milk processed, we are ranking under the top 6 milk producer in Germany.
