The Caseificio Albiero was founded in the forties in Montorso Vicentino and it was one of the first Italian companies to produce the Provolone cheese and Grana Padano cheese. Albiero was one of the first Italian companies to produce Provolone cheese in the high Po Valley and it takes one of the top ten Provolone and Provolone Valpadana cheese producers.
