Our story begins with the vision of a boy in love with the desert and concerned about those who want to know the secrets of the transformation of what is found in Nature. Our olive trees flourish in the only Desert in Europe, a unique ecosystem with more than 3,000 hours of sunshine a year. The estate is located near the Mediterranean Sea and Cabo de Gata Nature Park and the frozen slopes of Sierra Nevada. The love for nature inspired this farm to have the utmost respect for the environment that surrounds it. This has allowed us to foster the coexistence of 100 % organic crops together with native flora and fauna.
