Originating as a dairy commodity trading business, Fayrefield is now one of the UK's leading suppliers of dairy products as well as dairy alternatives. With 5 Companies and Associates we have a group turnover of £350 million (2022.) Fayrefield prides itself in its dynamic range of products, serving the retail, food service, industrial and manufacturing sectors both nationally and internationally. As a business, our products can be found in 40+ markets, handling roughly 70,000 MT of product per year (12,000 MT of which is packed at our factory where we have 5 cutting lines.) Through our flexible approach to business, we are able to offer contract packing and private label services; sales outsource solutions; and have an extensive portfolio of trusted and recognised brands.
